Clients are improving their presence, expanding their reach, using a mobile website, leveraging email contacts and growing their network with social media marketing.

Challenge: Christine Clark was looking to build a website that included a blog, online store and registration for events. She was creating a line of health and herbal products from her garden.  She was starting from scratch and had a limited budget. 

Solution: Doreen worked with Christine to design an online retail store to sell her new line of skin and health care products.  We set up the ability to collect client emails and send automated welcome messages. We used Duda-mobile and Constant Contact email plus.

went just in time for Valentine's Day 2021. Christine was able to create a blog, share with her family and friends via an email and to her network through her social media channels. It is running with key integration features such as online automated welcome emails for people who sign up to her journal.  The online store is fully functional and she is selling and shipping products!

Challenge: Kheisha was referred to Doreen through the Center for Women Enterprise in Boston where she teaches digital marketing and branding classes. Kheisha was seeking a new website and marketing strategy to gain more customers and followers. She was frustrated by the complexity of web design. She was also under a deadline to get the site up and running for her business partners.

Solution: Within 30 Days Doreen worked with Kheisha to design a site that allows website visitors to schedule, online coaching and astrology reading sessions, collect client emails and send automated welcome messages. The platforms we used are duda-mobile website and constant contact email plus.

is implemented. It is and running with key integration features such as online automated welcome emails for people who sign up to her community.

Client: Alison Green, Equestrian Jewelry   

Challenge: Alison Green, owner of Equestrian Jewelry has a successful online jewelry site with a large Facebook following and customer email list. The goal for 2018 4th quarter is to provide regular ongoing specials and promotions through the holiday season to her customers using email and social media marketing.     

Solution:Doreen is creating a series holiday email and social media campaigns. The recommendation, upload and segment customer lists by categories and year. Create a ‘wake-up’ email and send to all lists with a SHOP NOW button to measure the engagement of the audience.Reward those who clicked the SHOP NOW button from the "Wake-Up" emailwitha 20% flash sale.

Benefits: The FIRST CAMPAIGN was sent to 526 customers who clicked the SHOP NOW button in the previous email. Over 70 people clicked the SHOP NOW button which resulted in several thousands of dollars in jewelry sales. This is the first of a series of planned holiday campaigns.

Challenge:  The Company had a problem. They had inappropriate comments on their Google Business Listing Page. Their website was html which is not SEO optimized, mobile friendly or social media ready. Visitors could not inquire about their services or request an online quote.

Solution: Doreen claimed their business listings on Yelp and Google.  She contacted Google to challenge the comments as inappropriate.  Google reviewed, agreed and took them down!  She optimized their Google Business Page, designed and implemented a new mobile website. She also integrated an online request forms on the website. 

Benefits: In less than two week after the launch, the new website, Party Severs, Inc., was receiving online requests!

Challenge: Build a new website that includes the vault, an online store, to sell Roland’s one of a kind estate pieces Roland’s Jewelry in Medford MA. They want to capture customer’s emails and increase their following on social media so that they can send and post new designs, specials and promotions. 

Solution: Create a consistent look and feel across Roland’s digital foot print. Make it easy for the public to find, engage, follow and sign up to Roland’s newsletter. Send an automated thank you and welcome message including a 50% off sterling silver estate pieces. 

Benefits: Roland's Jewelry went from zero customer emails to 258 in less than one year.  Within less than two months of implementing a Facebook lead generation ad, 90 new email customers signed
